Iteration loops: how teams improve themselves
A static team decays. A reviewing team — one that watches its own output and proposes prompt edits — keeps getting better.
The cheapest way to improve an agent team is to let it grade its own homework — under supervision.
A simple weekly loop
- Sample 20 outputs from the past week
- Ask a reviewer agent to score them against your rubric
- Have HR Director propose role-spec edits for the bottom quartile
- A human approves or rejects the edits
- Re-deploy
Done weekly, this catches drift before it becomes a redesign.
